On a personal note, I found this great company that will analyse your hair and give you a 1/2 hour consultation (on the phone) to explain the results and recommend minerals for you. It only costs $125 for the test and consultation. Minerals are extra. 

For me, I found out that I have an overload of uranium and it is good I caught it because it could cause bone cancer if it progresses. I would never have gotten this information with my yearly blood test.

One of my sons who is a vegan, thought that avoiding meat and dairy was healthy but he was told he was high on the test in a lot of categories. So he and I are doing the metal detox for this month and the nutritionist suggested an on-going regimen. 5/20/25:  I wanted to add an update. It's been 5 weeks since I started taking the mineral supplements and I have noticed a big difference in a pain I was getting in my hip when I stood up. I noticed that it wasn't hurting as much about 2 or 3 weeks after taking the Joint Support.
